I bought the 10 footer and it worked for a year

It worked phenomenally, and still sort of does. Until just after a year of using it (I take very good care of my technology) it started not to *click* when I plugged it in. The little metal sleeves around the plug also started falling off. I didnt "register" it for a warranty, so I suppose I'm out of luck in that department. It gave me a good year of solid use, still kinda works, just falling apart.

Amazing ENERGY

The cable broke because it fell on the corner. This one is pretty tough, and well worth the cost, which I almost always regret saying that about cables, but after having tested this one quite thoroughly I can highly recommend it for use with that, especially with the official brick.

Excellent durable cord

I thought it was wrapped in leather because it smelled like leather. It's the leather tab that holds the cord together when you wrap it up. I got this item on sale and that's awesome because it works well. Thanks for reading!
