I ordered this and the only option was to get it delivered. I otherwise would never order something such as this that's a "Collector's Edition" without prior inspection. Upon delivery, the box that the item was shipped in came in pristine condition, belaying some of my worries. That proved to be false relief. Opening the box, I was greeted with a haphazard looking smaller box that had rips, tears, and looked like it had spent a couple weeks in a humid jungle.... This was the item. The seals were already opened, so checking inside, the figuring box was dented in and the steel book was missing. This is why I don't buy Collector's edition ANYTHING from online without any guarantees on the condition of what I'm getting. Called elite customer support and they said they're shipping another and to return the damaged one to the store. So we shall see what condition this next one comes in. Unfortunately, I have yet to play the game to review it, and the overall edition looks to be worth the value with gamers club unlocked, but only if in good NEW condition.

The game play is great. This package comes with a steel book,graphics booklet,soundtrack CD and DLC. It's really a great buy. But the only complaint I have is about the statue. The hand had a flaw to where Fury couldn't hold her whip.

Each game in the series has its own strengths. This game may not be as strong as the other two in its storytelling, but it's my favorite in terms of gameplay! I love the variety of powers and weapons available to Fury. Also, I managed to grab this for $100 with rewards and my Gamers Club discount. Completely worth it because the statue is gorgeous! It is my favorite in my collection now. I love this series and I can look past this entry's obvious shortcomings to get immense enjoyment out of it.

The collector edition is very fine, and the protective plastic insert inside the collector edition box did protect the statue inside, including the whip, which was not broken at all. That was good. This was likely new "old stock", as it has been on the market for a few years, and likely, the collector edition box Best Buy sent me was probably sitting in a warehouse area for a while. I say this for the outside sleeve of the collector edition had many scuffs, and even some minor small tears in the sleeve. But since I got the item at a clearance price, and I knew it was likely new "old stock", I am satisfied with the purchase.

Darksider's 3 is a little tougher than the previous titles. Fast combat and builds on the darksider's universe. This CE Edition is great comes with a steelebook case and a beautiful statue

A great game that is a throwback to GOW ... Graphics are pretty good but to me the gameplay is the best part... Great game overall!!

The game is fantastic. I love darker adventure games. The presentation for the statue is very good. Love his collectors edition.

Played all the other darksiders and they were great so I know this one will be good also
