Had a Zumo 550 Garmin that dropped after a few hours due to heavier weight. The Nuvi seems to be holding longer. Not fond of the bulk on my dash but it's needed to keep it from sliding. California's no attachments to the windshield law makes it necessary.

Positioning is a breeze, The GPS unit is in just the right place. It is much easier . see. Take 1 long trip and you will wonder why you didn't get one sooner. No Dirty windshield and easy to store and hide when parking...
