Wrong size bbq cover in right size box

Ordered a 48” bbq DCS cover. A 36” cover came in a 48” box. Best Buy refuses to exchange it for the correct size that I ordered and paid close to $200 for, because I am outside of the “return/exchange time frame” product was never used! Likely a manufacturer error. In store, customer service told me I needed to go through online customer service to return it. When I contacted online customer service they said I can only do it through the store that I picked it up from. Horrible customer service! Do not buy products from Best Buy they don’t back a product if it is the wrong item in the box that you purchased. Save money and buy from a different store.
