This movie is all about the Flash and his nemesis Professor Zoom and a war between the Amazon's and Atlanteans led by Wonder Woman and Aquaman. This movie by far is one of the best DC animated movies I have seen in years. It's right up there with Under the Red Hood and the Son of Batman. Definitely a must see and a movie you should add to your DC collection...

This movie was a great purchase and well worth the money. It has great action and fighting scenes though I was left wanting more. I looked forward to a great battle between Flash and Reverse Flash, but did not really get anything of the sort. The story overall was great in seeing the effects Flash could have on the past/future but it could get confusing for those not familiar with the comics. I felt the story was rushed and I never connected with any one moment/character but I was in awe by the level of detail of the animation.

The movie was much more violent than I expected it to be for an animated Justice League movie, showing an open heart, some blood, and plenty of people dying. I wish there had been some more development on how the Batman came to be the way he was and I was a little disappointed that there wasn't really any investigation into the Joker besides a close-up of some Joker cards with laughter in the background. The whole idea of Amazon and Atlantis being at war with each other was pretty interesting, too.

My only concern with this movie is that, being PG-13, Best Buy continues to showcase these under FAMILY. I really wish retailers would realize that PG-13 shouldn't be advertised as kid/family friendly. Having said that, "Flashpoint Paradox" was another great DC movie that is definitely worth re-watching and being added to your collection!

This movie is a fantastic jumping on point for fans of the DC animated universe. This is an animated movie of the comic miniseries Flashpoint which lead to the rebooting of the DC universe in the the comics. This movie does the same thing for the DC animated universe which will lead to new movies with no continuity ties to any other movies from the past.

This movie is an exciting alternate reality of the DC Universe. It highlights The Flash and his enemies and shows the other Justice League characters in a darker light. The idea is: what if things were different? The reason they are different, is almost ultimately because Superman is not there to guide superheroes to the right side of justice.

DC Entertainment keeps on churning out animated flicks and they keep making them better and better. This one keeps most of the plot points of the graphic novel to maintain a more linear and concise re-telling of the original Flashpoint story. Excellent for those interested in trying the world of comic books a try.

If you are a Marvel fan or just want to see a great looking comic movie animation this is for you. The video on this Blu-ray looks really good and the audio is top notch. It could be the best sounding comic animation Blu-ray yet on the format!

I never actually read the Flashpoint series, but I understand that the movie stays pretty close to story, as many of the DC animated movies have. Well done, at the very least worth renting and checking out. I got the steelbook collector's edition, which I only purchase for movies worth truly owning.

Another great DC film...but not for kids. The language, adult situations (adultery), and graphic violence (beheadings, limb removals, fingers being broken to make someone talk, etc.) are situations that we would expect with real superheroes, but they are not what I want my young ones to see and hear.

This is one Blu Ray true DCfans must have in their collection. Dark, edgy, intense and action packed are few ways to decribe it. Your favorite DC superheroes in a way you never could have imagined. One surprise after another makes this a great purchase, as you will watch this more than three times.....

I love comic books and this Flash story is great. I also like the justice league, so when I read this movie was being made I couldn't wait for it to come out. The blue ray also had some nice features. It included two justice league cartoons from the television series that I haven't seen in years.

Flashpoint was one of those stories I thought would be fun as a movie, so I was excited when this was announced. Overall I was surprised by how closely it followed the comic, especially compared to most other DC animated releases. My only major complaint is that the film felt like it should have been maybe 10 minutes longer, so that some key moments could have been fleshed out more, or allowed to play out at a more natural pace.

DC comics, while not being able to really cash in on the live action movies (minus Batman), has really found its niche with these comic movies they make. I think I have all of them, close to 15, and they all are very well done, from the art styles to the voice acting. Highly recommend!!!!

An animated movie that really tried to stay true with the comic book material, and succeeded in the adaptation. Just like the previous Dark Knight Returns adaptation, this movie had quality voice actors and very clean looking animations. Highly recommended for any DCU or comic book fan.

Excellent adaption of the DC Flashpoint comic book series and easily now one of my favorite WB DC animated titles alongside Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Under the Red Hood, Justice League War and Superman Unbound. Each new release just keeps getting better!

This is an alternate reality for the flash. It is a darker world, more for an older age group, don't recommend this movie for younger kids. It is a great story line for Barry Allen as the flash involving time travel and the effects of changing things in the past.

If you read the DC Comics FLASHPOINT event, you should know what you'll be getting here; a slightly off kilter DCU. The story holds up well in this transition to animation. You could point out flaws of course but really, the spirit of the story is all there and fully enjoyable.

This movie sets the stage for the release of all the New 52 related DCU Animated Films upcoming (Justice League: War & Damian Son of Batman). This film was rather over the top with violence but so wear the comics. Great story, great animation, definitely a MUST BUY!

Ah! Finally, a great story. I really liked this one. The voice actors all did a great job. Special features even shows them in the studio together. This is already a comic and they brought it to life. Very good job...if you're a superhero fan...you must see this.
