I'm a church drummer as we as a stage play drummer for very, very popular plays and a quite large church. This set(with the proper speaker/PA system), has served far beyond its expectations for a kit barely over $250.00. You would think I was playing a $2000.00 kit just based on the sound. The kick is heavy and strong, the snare is crisp and powerful, the 2 chokable cymbals are just amazing and unbelivably precise and crisp, the built in reverb feature is great and very useful, the toms are hard hitting and strong, and the hi hats sound as ripe and crisp as a set of expensive Ziljians. All pads are extremely velocity sensitive as well as dual toned. The rack is strong and built to last. The module is equipped with EVERYTHING you need to play at any venue you choose, no matter the size. It has presets that will certainly surprise you. The kit is very well under priced for what you get. The saying is, "you get what you pay for", well in this case, YOU GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

We bought this for our son's sixth birthday since he loves to mess around with the electronic drum sets at the local music store; where they usually run around the $500 price range. This is a really fun starter drum set, at a reasonable price. It comes with everything you need to get started including headphones and drum sticks. It was a bit difficult to put together, as it took us about an hour to get everything set up and positioned correctly, but overall the quality is great for the price.

I am very happy with this kit. As a beginner drummer, it gets the job done.y five year old loves it. Lots of options for different styles. Wish it came with a beginners book or a stool but those are easy to find.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it. It took a while (over 2 hours) to put together, but worth it in the end, that's why the 4 stars.

Tough to Beat the value of this drum set. Good acoustics and well made. Plan on some time to assemble plus I used wire ties to "neatnik" the assembly.

I bought this for my 13 year old grandson for his birthday. He loves it. It came with headphones and drumsticks too.

It has more then enough kits for a beginner and easy to assemble. Would be nice if it was quieter when hitting since I live in a dorm style apartment. Overall though, good for starters.
