This movie isn't as highly regarded as Murder On the Orient Express, but I thought it was every bit as good. The story is great amd very well done. It keeps uou guessing to the end. Some questionable CGI aside, the picture quality is superb. Egypt is absolutely beautiful to look at, and the 4K resolution is super crisp and detailed. The Atmos audio track was also quite good. The movie is mostly dialogue driven, bur the surrounds are active enough when needed, and it definitely adds to the movie. The film starts off with a flashback of Poirot's time in the war, and there is some nice bass as well as immersive overhead effects. Perhaps most importantly, Kenneth Branagh is an extremely underrated actor, and does a perfect job as Poirot. I cant wait to see more of him, whatever he does. Really hope they continue this franchise.

Despite the bunch of good actors, and Agatha's story, I found this really boring. Could not keep my attention. Fell asleep several times trying to get into the story and I was not sleepy. As actors I like the entire crew. But it just didn't work. The BritBox version is much better, and David Suchet is marvelous. This is not the DOTN that ended his Poirot series, but a separate one, better even than the ending show.

A fine rendition of a great story. Kenneth Branagh brilliantly directs and acts in the company of the superb Annette Bening, who, along with her equally convincing supporting cast members, weaves a suspenseful, engaging presentation of this classic mystery. Beautiful photography is seen in 4K and only enhances the quality of the film.

Enjoyed the movie storyline, the director allowed us the opportunity to share the experience of solving the murders through the eyes of Hercule Poirot. Very good cast of thespians and we will have a double feature next month watching Death on the Nile & Murder on the Orient Express

The 4k version of this movie is solid in some shot but the cgi is very bad in 4k. The audio is decent nothing to write home about. However, if you like murder mystery movies or novels definitely worth getting but story is easy to solve.

I’m a big Agatha Christie fan and this movie version is an excellent addition. I watched it in 4k and I’m not an expert but think the picture was uniformly excellent - I really like Kenneth Branagh’s direction and highly recomend if you like Agatha Christie

The classic Mistry who done it with lots of drama and plot twist all the way to the end. A beautiful reflection of a long gone era with interesting characters from the past interacting in a moving drama, tragedy, suspense

After watching Branagh’s Murder on the Orient Express, I thought this was a step up in all departments! Better script, story, and intrigue. A bit more humor, too, made this a very easy whodunit to watch again!

Bought this for my wife. This was our first 4K title on our new Sony Oled..and it didnt dissapoint. The picture and colors were beautiful! As far as a remake of the old classic it was actually quite entertaining. Recommended!

Beautifully shot and/or great use of CGI. All cast gives a well played performance. I really enjoyed Kenneth Branagh’s performance and look forward to more movies with him as Poirot.

Great redo of the original film and such a great continuation of Murder On The Orient Express. Excellent cast and great characters. Fan of who done it’s? Murder mysteries? Check this out.

We love this movie! It was very well done and the actors/actresses all played their parts extremely well. Gal Gadot was wonderful and believable. Story was well written and portrayed with feeling.

This this remix is different from the original, my opinion it is good but different., If you're into mysteries this is a great movie it has its own twist this is why I'm getting a five stars.

The first one looks great on 4k, this ine doesnt look as good, but its disney handleing it now and its unfortunate they dont use Dolby Vision on disc or 100gb disc storage

The movie itself was very good, especially the views of the pyramids, statues, and the Nile River. The mystery of "who dun it", is there until the very end. The 4K viewing is very much worth it.

The first had me guessing who done it but this one was sorta predictable but it doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it. I love it just was expecting more!

Loved it, Gal Gadot is extravagant. Also, check out the original classic. The is grand. The players are top notch and Kenneth Branagh is simply wonderful as Hercule Poirot.

Very good movie. I read the book a long time ago but didn’t remember the ending so I was surprised at the end which was great. All the actors were great.
