Cool steel book AT a GREAT price also a very FUN movie

Statham is no Machine Gun Joe Viterbo, and Carradine was a fantastic Frankenstein, but this modern update has some cool factor to it in the more modern special effects.

Jason Strathan is a great actor as usual. Would recommend his fan and fans of action movies see this movie.

Not a great story at all but reminds me of twisted metal from long ago. Good effects. $5 deal.

Saw Death Race 2, then decided I should give Death Race a chance. Enjoy it ....

Ok movie if you're looking for mindless action, but plot is weak

if you like action and violence then this is the movie for you!

4 of 5 stars for the extreme road-rage movie: Death Race. Set in the future where prisons are run by corporations "for profit" they stream on internet a new sport called The Death Race. Prisoners are forced to drive race cars complete with armor and weapons where the goal is to not just win, but, be the only survivor of the race. Our hero (played by Jason Statham, one of my favorites) gets rail-roaded into prison and forced into driving. This is a sci-fi movie which is richly and expansively photographed. Yeah, special effects, but, mostly great sets and live action. Really a nice blend of reality and effects. Great action, lots of bullets, lots of smash-ups. This is a recommended movie.

This is a great, fast paced, thrill ride of a movie! My wife and I love it! We're huge fans of Jason Statham, we have all of his movies. And almost all of them are fast paced and hardcore, I love it! This is one of his best, great plot, great cast, great special effects and great intensity! Enough said, buy this movie! I highly recommend it! Also, some of his other great films I recommend are Revolver, Cellular, Bank Job, Crank 1 and 2, and Transporter 1 and 3 (2 wasn't very good)." Would you recommend this product to a friend?: Yes

Think of it as Twisted Metal in cinematic where prisoners are racing in stages, a fight for their life and their freedom. Jason Statham plays a former race car driver who gets framed for killing his wife and sent to prison where he has to take part of a race where drivers are killing off each other in order to be released. The movie has many brutal death scenes, and lots of explosions, and chaos that makes the plot forgettable and you just wanted to enjoy the movie for what it is.
