    The product is perfect. Best Buy customer service at the Highland Indiana location is absolutely horrible. Waited over a 1/2 hour after being told an item I ordered couldn’t be released to me. I was told to call customer service at a toll free number. When the customer service rep finally picked up the call she informed me that my order should have been released to me without any issues. Reached out the the district manager via email and never got a response. I literally cut up my card. Grant Appliances and The Home Depot offer the same products. Best Buy clearly doesn’t value their customers time. I asked for a 10% discount for my inconvenience. An amount that would have totaled $59. A meager amount for the 1/2 hour of frustration I experienced. The review and rating is solely based on the service I received and not the product
