It 2 minutes to unbox the frame, 2 minutes to assemble it, and 1 minute to attach to the TV. The frame holds firmly together with magnets, and attaches firmly to the TV. It makes the artwork displayed on the Frame TV look even more authentic and beautiful. Worth the cost if you are buying a Frame TV!

The DECO TV frame looks amazing. It is easy to install (less than 5 minutes) and really completes the look we were trying to achieve.

The Frame is elegant on the wall over our fireplace. We can show photos, are and stream. It looks like a painting. Simple installation with magnetized corner joints and easy clip on to The Frame TV.

We love our new Samsung TV Frame! Changing pictures is fun and you can even upload your personal family portraits to display! TV is very clear and sound is great, even without a sound bar. Love the look of an art display on the wall! Changing the frame was also super easy! Took less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

The product is awesome!! But I WOULD NOT purchase it through best buy. Go to Deco directly. Took over 1 month to receive the product when Deco shipped it to them right away. Also, customer service with Best Buy was not good at all. They were nice, but wasn't able to do anything to help. Even promised a discount/credit for all the trouble and not receiving the product in time for the holiday. Once I finally received the product, customer service did not honor the credit. Very disappointed with Best Buy customer service.

We had some difficulties with an install but the Manager at the Danbury store went over and beyond to help us and we are just so happy with our new TV Deco frame. Everyone from the Geek Squad to the store personnel kept following up with us and made the purchase well worth it. Highly recommend them

The Frame is much better in person. Looks like a very expensive frame on original art work. We are more than pleased with this item. No one should hesitate to buy this frame.
