Kino Lorber outdid themselves and put together a terrific blu-ray loaded with fan service special features. The transfer is absolutely pristine. I love this movie. Stand-out performances from the whole cast including Miguel Ferrer (Robocop). Friday the 13th director and music composer team up for this movie, and Jason himself Kane Hodder even served as stunt coordinator. I'm just plain happy with this. Thanks Kino Lorber.

Of the 3 Deep Sea SF thrillers Abyss, Deep Star Six and Leviathan. I liked this one second best behind The Abyss. All three are worth watching and I did enjoy watching this film. I'm glad I bought it.

While not as high budgeted as those films, this is a serviceable effort by the director of Friday the 13th.

The movie is a good entry for those who like their horror in the deep blue. The monster and the setting make the scares even better.

I thought this was going to be a great movie like The Abyss and Leviathon, but it paled in comparison to either. It has a cool cover on the DVD but the movie was very low budget. But, if you can get past that, then, yes this movie would be a worthwhile movie to watch.
