Simple and straight forward. This unit sets up right out of the box and works! Saved my company a few thousand dollars by making this an internal project. Do not be afraid to try this yourself, at home or at work.

Great system little hard 2 hook to phone link if not computer savey n wish night view was little clearer but all in all great system watch from home or from phone on the rd recommend for home or buisnes

So I have reached out to the customer service regarding this unit, it is a complete joke. The unit worked fine for about 3 months and all of a sudden 4 of the 16 cameras no longer switch back and forth from day time operation to night vision. I bought these because of all the great features that are marketed, but what good are the features if the unit fails!!! I have yet to get assistance from Defenders so called customer service reps and I wish that there was some way for Best Buy to step in and assist since they are allowing for a product to be sold in their stores that DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!!! I absolutely DO NOT recommend ANY of products made by Defender!!! Also, I have been a faithful buyer of products sold by Best Buy but after this less then happy experience, my shopping with Best Buy will sadly come to an end due to this matter...
