This is my first sub from the Definitive Technology family. Technically, no since l have always been a huge fan of the Klipsch family. The interesting thing about this Supercube subwoofer is its miniature size but it packs a punch like no other. Love it so much. If you love big sound in small packages then you got it. This is the real deal for me and it has complimented my recently designed home theater big time. Would have no other sub at this time.

Super Cube is one good addition for my entertainment room, but if your room size is small it will be really overwhelming.

I have recently completed my Def tech surround sounds. 3 xtr 50 and 2way speakers for the surrounds. After adding the sub, it compliments the entire set up and completes the system. I compared it to Martin logan around the same price and power along with other brands, however in regards to sound quality, nothing came close in my opinion.

I replaced my old klipsch sub 10 with this. My wife loves that it is so small and modern looking. Didn't hit as hard as I expected but it is a physically smaller sub so I understand. Quality seems a lot better then my klipsch. The wireless adapter has been discontinued for quite some time. The only I could find for sale was about 200$.

This subwoofer was an excellent addition to my home theater. It replaced an old Paradigm that was bigger but not near the impact this has.

Holy Atom Bomb Batman, this SuperCube sounds massive.
I have a huge two story open living room, with open floor plan beyond. This guy can be as pounding and it can be subtle. So crisp. Have running thru Yamaha Receiver teamed with DT Gems (first gen) Couldn't be happier....well maybe two of these guys would..

I purchased this on the recommendation of a Magnolia associate after finding out that the sub woofer I was looking for was not carried by any of the stores in my area. I had the magnolia person give me a demo of the unit, which they didn't know how to operate I realized after I read through the manual. Putting it in place, it has really low range into the lower frequencies which is what I was looking to get a sub for as my speakers were good down to 70hz. The power is no where near 1200w as the associate and specs mentioned, more like 100 or 200w. The associate and sub information both said that 1200w was the RMS power, this is an outright lie.
I will never buy any speakers from this brand again, their completely made up specs show when you go to actually use the equipment. When I asked about the performance of the equipment not being up to spec, I was told to upgrade to their next model or to add another sub. You should have seen the looks when I returned it too, like I was a criminal of some kind for wanting it to live up to what was promised. If you don't want returns then don't sell products that blatantly lie about their performance.

I didn't have a lot of room for a big sub so I was limited to what I could go with in terms of footprint. Definitive Tech didn't disappoint. These a definitely SuperCubes. When I added the SuperCube to the LFE output of my receiver it made such an improvement to the depth of the sound in my living room. I run it at about 1/2 volume and it delivers awesome bass.

Small enough where cats can’t use it as scratching post. Bass is tight but delivers a lot of special effects. Makes the floor and walls move. Pairs well with rest of system. Hooked up to marantz receiver. Deftech pro1000 fronts and rears with procenter2000.

Researched several systems and subwoofers for many months. After hearing and comparing various systems at Best Buy with the help of some very dedicated and professional staff, I decided on the Definitive Tech Cube Subwoofer. I was not disappointed! Great sound and base!

A little bit too much power for my living room but, the sound quality is excellent. It matches well with my Martin Logans with the piano black casing so everything appears as a superb package. I would recommend this item to any who wants quality and power.
