Great sound

Definitive still needs to work on the app. The app is pretty basic and does not have a lot of source choices. I have a W7 and a W9. Sound is better than Sonos and Denon speakers in my opinion. I am giving 5 stars due to sound only, the app does drag it down, but all that really matters is it sounds excellent.

Love These Speakers

These things sound amazing. Wish I had gone with W9's in place of the W7's. Bought all of them at different times when Definitive had them on sale.

Sound is great

Be sure the wifi signal is strong and dual band so you can isolate the system to the 2.4 or 5.0 vs sharing with other wifi devices.

I have had no issues using the app or playfi for music streaming. TV sounds good, though I am having to use an optical cable from my TV in order to watch Netflix.

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is due to the app. I have a W7 and a W9 and both are the best sounding WiFi speakers sold on the market to my ears. I looked at Sonos, Denon Heos, and the Martin Logan. I like the Def Tech sound as I also have their speaks for my home theater.

Outstanding sound, clarity and definition!!
