I have a problem with this chair mat. Unfortunately, my home office has plush carpeting. My desk chair has wheels on it. The chair leaves DEEP indentations on the mat, making it extremely difficult to roll my chair back away from my desk to get up from my chair. The plastic is too soft, allowing the chair to form deep impressions in the mat.

I purchased this mat because I needed something to make it easier to roll around the carpet in my office. The mat got delivered rolled up so straightening it on the floor was a little cumbersome. Also, sitting in one place for a long time leaves a depression on the mat from the wheels on my chair. Other than that, the mat does the job.

The mat looks good, it protects the new rug just fine. I do have a couple of issues. If you roll off the mat (it happens once in a while), it is difficult to get back on the mat without getting out of your chair and lifting the rollers up over the lip of the mat, (the rug has a short pile). If you sit for any length of time, the rollers sinks down into the mat. The "dimple" doesn't last long after you move, it does resist you moving somewhat. I think the mats are a little pricy, but I am a little cheap. For what they do, They seem to be worth it!

Perfect size for home office, but could be a bit firmer as divots from chair wheels are forming.

Overall a decent mat. Purchased to use on carpet hoping it wouldn't slide too much. Still moves some when chair rolls over edges even with the spikes. Not really designed for average height/thick household carpet. Still using since it does provide wear / tear protection from chair rollers.

For the price (about $60) this was supposed to be a very solid chair mat for use on carpeting. It can possibly be used on extremely short pile industrial carpet that you might see in an office but you can get mats for half this price for that purpose. The wheels of the chair sink into the mat after a few minutes and the chair gets stuck in those ruts. A complete waste of money. I'll get a new one from someplace where I can see the mat first. I bought this online but that was obviously a mistake. I though that the high price might me an quality. I was mistaken.

This mat is just what I needed.My chair rolls smoothly now.It is sturdy and heavier than my last mat.

The chair mat is great! The product is really durable and should hold up for several years - the last chair mat I had lasted for almost 10 years - this one should do the same. I was under the impression when I made the purchase at the store the chair mat would fold - it doesn't - not a big deal - it's durable and will last a long time. A real fine product.

The grip side needs longer grips as it does slide a bit on carpet. Otherwise a good mat.

Nice and thick with a beveled edge. Making it the best kind of chair mat to buy. That does make it harder to unroll though. (you’ll need two people) And have plenty of heavy books or other heavy items nearby to put on the mat until it flattens.

It's high quality and does the job it sets out to do.

It came to me rolled up in a box and is very hard to flatten out, especially for a 73 year old with a bum left arm !!!!!!!!! It still hasn`t laid completely flat after several weeks !!!!!!! probably won`t order again !!!!!

Very, very stiff and inflexible. If I had been able to unroll this, it probably would have lasted 5 years. But I think it would have taken 2 NFL linebackers to unroll it. I returned item and am waiting for refund.

The perfect size we hardly notice is there since it's in my bedroom. Easy to clean and chair rolls fine.

I got new carpet and wanted to save the wear of my chair rolling and this is the perfect fit.

The chair mat is perfect size for a small desk and area. It was also delivered quickly.
