    Great movie finally on DVD.

The first film by Jean-Pierre Jeunet who co-directed with Marc Caro is the last one to arrive on DVD but it was worth the wait. It's dark and funny and sometimes raunchy with a unique visual style that has been imitated but never equaled (except by the director himself in his later films). The extras are minimal but Jeunet's commentary (in French with English subtitles) is entertaining and informative.

This is an incredibly entertaining film. I haven't loved a movie as much as this one in a long time. My wife and I adore this film. I would recommend this film to anyone. I hope Jean-Pierre Jeunet's films come to blu-ray because if there is anything that deserves the HD treatment Delicatessen, Amelie, and City of Lost Children are it. Fabulous film.
