Programs take longer then expected to star up. Computer is light weight and battery life is great. Larger then the a normal iPad but good size for a small computer.

I bought this laptop for my mom to replace her 7 year old Dell. This laptop is in a firm shape with the silver metal inside, it has this effects that make this laptop shine like a 1200$ one. I was happy about this purchase since this laptop work great but the only thing is that when I click the right button of the mouse, it lagged for 1-2 seconds, this made me really uncomfortable. Another thing is that the first several times I used it, it reacts REALLY slow while the laptop is getting hot. But after several times of usage, it was getting better...I have no idea why. Anyway I liked it.

Needed to replace my old laptop. Wanted something with a smaller form factor and liked the touchscreen option. Laptop runs the programs I need well. CAD based drafting and video editing software run great. Haven't had any problems.

I have another office laptop which is a yoga pro 3 and it rocks!!! Me and my wife love the design, so, I thought I would get this for my wife. We both love it. All features are cool, it's lightweight and feels good while using it.

Open box item with no problems!! I purchased this computer for my son who is going to college. It's fast and incorporates everything he needs. Consider purchasing open box items, they still carry the warranty after purchase.

We were looking for a laptop for every day use that would handle extended tasks as required. This laptop has been great so far. Windows 10 updated flawlessly and the touchscreen adds to functionality.

Used this for work - it's good enough to do some programming on, would probably want to upgrade the memory for anything serious.

I bought this for my son to play his Minecraft game, the touch screen feature is a plus and he loves it so far. No issue yet!

The computer is light so it's easy to carry it around. Perfect computer if you want to do work away from the home. Folding the screen turns it into a "tablet", which is a nice feature.

Got this laptop for the wife and she loves it. Out of the box I'd recommend is replacing with the built-in 5400 rpm HDD with an SSD. I replaced this with a 256GB SSD and it made a huge difference. It's fine for the usual office and even graphics programs, and if you're using these for professional purposes you'd be looking at different equipment anyway. The 2-in-1 feature has been much more useful than we thought. Intel HD Graphics on this are just fine for Windows, Netflix, etc.

love the convertible laptop and lighted keyboard... may need to figure out how to disable the right/left clicks on the computer itself, as I frequently end up with accidental clicks...

Easy to use touch screen...so far have not experienced any issues...I have only had it a couple of weeks and no problems

Very well made laptop. Nice back lit keyboard. Fast enough for some gaming. Playing Stronghold Crusader 2 on it now.

I never was a big Dell fan, but this was about the best deal for the price, so I took a chance. I wasn't really looking for a 2 in 1 either, but after comparing the features side by side with other units in this price range, this choice made sense. Very happy so far!

Very light compared to my previous computer, so far no problems, but a little bit slow and laggy at times..

Very portable and light, but has some serious horsepower as well. Nice screen and I like that the keyboard folds under.

I was so exited to buy this computer. But, I quickly found out that I could not connect to the internet. I took my computer back to the store twice and then went thru Geeksquad several times. No one could help me! Finally, I spoke with my brother in Virginia and he told me to call my phone carrier and when I did, they changed my code to get connected. I was so excited! I am just so sorry that no one could help me solve this problem.

I got this laptop for college and it hasn't let me down. I do not use it for gaming but multitasking works seamlessly. Also the touch is a good feature

DELL Laptop is suberb. Plenty of CPU power, memory, hard drive. Keyboard has good touch and responds well. Nice and light. To me everything is just right
