Knowing that she is more than a casual user, I had a set of specs that I wanted for her and certain brands in which to find them. I was dissappointed in the brands I preferred either because of specifications or price. This Dell, a brand to which I normally don't choose, fit the specifications and price point I wanted. She has been very pleased.

Awesome laptop!

I used to own HP laptops, but was drawn to this Dell by a best buy employee. It is a very powerful machine the i5 is a very fast processor. Windows 10 is great upgrade from the old windows and the laptop itself is very sleek and light, but also durable. Someone has mistaken it as a MacBook as they do look similar. The 2 in 1 feature is very cool but something I do not use too often. This is the best laptop I have own to date.

Great laptop option

Updated to windows 10 and despite some installation issues at the beginning my experience with it has been very good so far. After using a 2011 Macbook Pro for the last couple of years, this one has not the same build quality, it doesn't look as good as it and doesn't feel as high end, for work, browsing and general use is perfect.

Love this! So Versatile!

Our IT folks at work talked to me about Dell 2 in 1's instead. So glad they did. It fits in my purse, I can take notes at meetings, yet I can play games and browse facebook at home!

Awesome 2 in 1

I got home and was able to upgrade to windows 10 the same day with not a single problem. Its a really nice little computer. Very fast with 5th generation i5 and a very good full HD display. I am very happy with this purchase.
