Easy to use, fast setup, love being able to use as tablet

Based on specs and quality it's worth the price for sure.

I get several false warnings, which are aggravating. Touch screen works sometime, and sometimes I have to touch several times to get it to work. If I use the on-screen keyboard, I can usually not see what I am typing. Otherwise I love my new computer laptop/tablet.

This 2-1 is awesome! It has great power, plenty of processor speed, long battery life and is sleek looking.

Machine worked excellent before installed of Windows 10 quick fast responsive after install of windows 10 slow nonresponsive several Dell updates rolled back windows 10 i'll wait for as long as I can before updating to Windows 10 have extreme privacy concerns like sharing my Internet connection with my neighbor unbeknownst to me.

My son loves his laptop. It's fast and doesn't freeze.

Negative: the newer versions of this computer include a built in stylus, I didn't get one, if that's important wait to get a new version. Battery life not as good as I would have expected. The display resolution not as good as my Samsung tablet, but I didn't pay for better, so that's my fault. Everything else pretty good.

The PC hardware features installed along with pre-installed Windows 10 makes a very powerful combination. The display screen quality and resolution are exceptional and mirror a retina style display. 2 drawbacks, battery life seems less than published and to me the 13 inch form factor is cumbersome when held as a tablet.

Very slick 2 in 1 laptop, very light, easy to carry. The tablet function is great for taking notes.

I would recommend this hybrid laptop to all my friends it is speed and has the benefits of a tablet.

Being a previous Dell owner it was my preference, of course cost is a factor. After reading reviews and actually seeing it at the store, thought it was worth it to put the extra $$ and purchase. Love it!

Nice having a new computer. I paid extra to have geek squad move old info to new computer and have new computer ready to use. However, not all info from old computer made it to new computer. Still had to install office myself. Needless to say, it was not ready to use. I am getting use to microsoft new windows program. I still like antivirus program. The salesman on floor was very helpful for deciding which laptop to purchase.

Easy interface, the keyboard tactile feel is excellent and the touchpad is sensitive (I ended up getting a wireless mouse for convenience). Setup software was straight forward with pop-up narratives explaining current step. Typical Dell solid quality construction "bullet proof". Resolution is excellent for processing digital photography.

Excellent training size and screen touching capabilities

My old laptop died during my recent vacation out of state. Thought it would be a risk but I decided to give Dell a chance. Design of this laptop is sleek and everything works as advertised. I had no problem upgrading to Windows 10 shortly after the purchase. I did go back to Best Buy store once to troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection issue with my landlord's router. I am very happy with Best Buy's after-sale service.

Great size, weight and with the power I needed. Now with Windows 10 makes it even better.

read the reviews. I have no complaints many great features, like the lighted key board, bends to a tablet. easy to carry. would buy it again. a 13 inch laptop feels like the old 15inch but more compact and lighter the only difficulty is moving all the programs from my old computer which is just part of the deal.

Great computer for the price. Having fun exploring the new options on Windows 8.1.
