    I ordered and paid for this Laptop looking for a 32Bit Windows 7 Laptop. I waited for the time it took to arrive and unpacked it and got nauseated when I opened the top. The F1 Key was broken and spread all over the keyboard. How could Best buy shipper miss that? Sorry Quality Control...MD
