After I had decided that I wanted my new laptop to be a Dell I had the choice of a new one or a Best Buy refurbished laptop of the most recent, superseded model. They both had the Intel Core i5% processor, 8 GB memory, and 150 GB of hard drive storage. The new one had Windows 10, which I strongly did not want, and it did NOT have a CD/DVD player, which I strongly did want. The new one was also about $300 more. After reading a whole bunch of reviews on the refurbished machines I elected to buy one of them, and it has been one of my better decisions. I was able to get everything I wanted in the machine, to be able to add Office 2016 Home Business, and to still be under the price of the new one w/o the Office suite. Most of the bad reviews on refurbished machines seemed to stem from either the batteries not being charged properly by the new owner or the fact that the buyer did not confirm that the interfaces of his/her new machine would match what he/she planned to hook it to. I have had this machine for months, but I have only used it occasionally, including during a recent 20-day road trip that covered 2,800+ miles. It works very well; it downloads software updates smoothly, and the battery seems to be just fine. Even if the battery at some point goes bad, I don't care because I can replace it and still come out way ahead.

The computer was in good working condition. No issues with its performance.

When I trun on system showing blue screen and restarting immediately. It's says always memory dump. I ll give no rating but I have to give 1 now option to 0 rating

It is just like buying a brand new laptop. Highly recommend.

I love this lab top I couldn't have made a better choice

Online description says the computer has a webcam. The specifications list as included a webcam. There is NO webcam. I wonder what else is advertised that is no so.
