Great Laptop

I got a refurbished one, so there were a couple of problems. At first the hardware and the software were not compatible with each other, but once I upgraded to Windows 10, the problems stopped. It comes with ports for CD/DVD, SD, HDMI, 3 USB, and Ethernet. Great computer overall.

grate laptop

I use it to play DVDs I installed a blu ray player so now I can all so play blu ray with the aid of extra program . works grate and all for a good price. Refurbished is the way to get a lot more on a laptop for a lot less . It looks like brand new.

Not what was promised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a 32 bit machine. This item was advertised as running Windows 7 32-Bit. After waiting 2 weeks, it was delivered running Windows 10 64-bit. ...and like every other 64-bit computer I have, It will not run my older software.

After one month, laptop does not work.

Bought a new battery since battery light kept blinking, but will not charge. Very disappointed since this was a gift to my granddaughter.

A whole lotta laptop for the price. Solid.

You cannot possibly touch a laptop with this type of hardware for that money. The casing is pretty much all aluminum. Very little plastic. Very sturdy. Nice webcam, Bluetooth, back-lit keyboard which is also spill-resistant. You'd pay over $1,000 for that in any other laptop. It's a 2011 laptop, but the hardware is 2015 specs. Without the annoying Windows 10, yet it comes with the disk in case you have to use it one day. I bought a $19 Insignia Bluetooth speaker and man does the thing sound good, too. I had Geek Squad tweak it for me (it'll require about 24 hours worth of Windows updates, so it's worth having them do it for the small $40 fee. Get it. Don't look back. Before they're all gone.
