The battery life is pretty good, it lasts about 9 hours for me on constant Google Chrome usage. You're not gonna get the greatest speed from it, but that's not a realistic expectation at this price anyways. The display works well. I will say that the one real problem I have with it is the sound. The only time this thing is quiet is when all processes (both in the background and active) are closed. The noise can get pretty annoying. It is fairly large but also portable and thin.

The Ryzen 7 7730U handles daily work very well. Multitasking with dozens of browser tabs, Office apps, video calls, streaming, and light photo editing feels smooth and responsive. Boot times and app launches are quick thanks to the SSD. It is not a high-end content creation or gaming machine—the integrated graphics will manage light esports titles or older games at lower settings, but heavier 3D work or modern AAA gaming will struggle. For school, office productivity, media consumption, and general use, it’s more than capable.

I needed to update my computer and this model was a great choice. It functions well and handles all of my transferred files and programs with ease. My setup is familiar and efficient. It's a nice size, small and light but not too puny. It has pretty decent sound.

Speedy but battery is ok.great touch screen display is fantastic

Good performance works well easy to maneuver. Exactly what I needed for school.

Fast and easy to use. The touchscreen is nice and seems like the battery lasts long.

Good product recommend my friends always, the equipment is fast easy for job

I like the updates from my last 15" laptop - slimmer casing, options to control the fan differently, super easy to set up and carry over settings and files. I just wish it came with an integrated webcam COVER that I could slide on and off.

This is not a high end gaming computer, but is a reasonably priced computer good for school, home computing, etc. This is my first experience with a non-Intel processor and I am very impressed.

I’m pleased with my purchase and with the assistance given to me by the salesman at the store in Union Square in the City. He answered all my questions. He was patient and capable of calming me and reassuring me after my HP laptop suddenly died just before the beginning of an important remote work contract. I like the touchscreen but do not like that the batter is inside the chassis of Dells now, so there’s no way to interchange batteries as there was with Dell before. I would like the keyboard to light up, and it does not. Other than those two things, it is a good computer.

Had an older version of this laptop a few years ago, and just recently got this on and I am absolutely in love. Quick, efficient, love it

my son can do all his classwork on this computer he has had no issues with it

Extremely easy to set up with everything you had on the previous laptop.

Does what the package says. Turns on and off. Meeting our needs.

Works great for an online student. Would definitely recommend!!

I absolutely love this!! It’s been my best friend with work and study

We have thoroughly enjoyed this computer. Nothing super special...serves the needs of a middle schooler who does all their work online. Additionally, they play a few video games on it and we haven't had any issues. It is a little bigger than they'd like, but as a parent, the bigger screen is better.

Excellent product! I really recommend it, totally functional.

I'm really happy with this Dell laptop. It's fast, easy to use, and handles everything I need for work and school without slowing down. I especially like the touchscreen and clear display. The battery life is good, and it works well even when I have several tabs and programs open. Overall, a great laptop and definitely worth the purchase!

You get a lot more than you pay for. It's easy to use, fast, and lightweight. The one drawback is that when I hover/thinking about making the click, I have had it click through. So lets call it a light touch which I can get used to.
