I misread an thought this was Inspirion 15 touchscreen but its ok i will just buy another one later in 2 months. I thought this was great quality I also didnt read the gb memory I should have got 32gb instead of 8. It works well and it had nice graphics.

I bought this Dell laptop for a new part-time job in a legal position. Great little laptop! Very reliable and has everything I need for office type work. Great value for the money. Great addition to my little home office!

The individual was able to help find best open box item that met my needs. It has been done just that. No items were missing and was in unopened/unused condition. Laptop is very fast and has met my requirements.

It’s is not 2k resolution. Never buy without checking all the features.BB mislead you with false title and won’t bother to correct their mistake. Once you open the box that’s it . I thought it’s 2k and bought it as is cheaper price but I was fooled . Eventually landed up in a situation where I couldn’t buy it from other websites which had much better deal . I am regular buyer from Best Buy but my trust was shattered and my over confidence on BB killed me . Don’t ever buy this or regret if you buy it . Support will just ignore you when you highlight the mistake . I hope my review get posted and they don’t block my review.

I've been really happy with this laptop so far. It runs smoothly for everyday tasks, browsing, work, and watching videos, and I haven't noticed any major slowdowns when having several things open. The touchscreen is responsive and ended up being more useful than I expected. I also like the screen size and the 512GB of storage is plenty for what I need. Setup was quick and straightforward. Overall, it's a solid Dell laptop for the price and I would definitely buy it again.

i got this for my kid for homeschooling, it is perfect and easy to navigate. the touch screen is great as he transitions from having always used a tablet in public school, to now learning how to type.

Good overall performance and speed. The touchscreen is very responsive and I also appreciate how lightweight this laptop is. Works well for everyday computing needs such as word processing and spreadsheets.

Its a very nice computer it runs extremely well and feels very fluid. The only issue i had with it was the motherbosrd being overloaded, however; after a bit of troublehsooting i learned that this exact model (and a couple others) of dell laptops had a weird software bug. All i needed was to update the BIOS, and it fixed itself. Its an amazing product. I found it to be very worth the price and I currently use it for school. The big touch screen is very helpful for when i need to splitscreen something like a textbook and microsoft word, and being able to do things with my hands is extremely helpful in my opinion.

The touch screen is a plus to me because it makes navigating Windows 11 intuitive. Other features are: good storage, the keyboard and the dedicated numeric pad. I use it to do my accounting and managing my on line banking transactions. I would recommend to improve the battery life.

This laptop exceeded my expectations!! And I also didn't immediately realize it even had a touchscreen, so I was SUPER excited when I realized it does!! I use this laptop mostly for school, because I do college online, but I will also play games on it every now and then, which all work well!!

If you don't expect it to be a powerhouse gaming PC that can run the latest and greatest games, then this will meet your expectations. It can have quite a few tabs open on chrome without lag or issue, and it can run Minecraft, albeit with some struggling here and there. Altogether, this is a servicable budget laptop that can handle the needs of most students or business professionals. The battery life is not great for on the go use, but you can get a couple hours out of it off the charger.
