I bought this for my wife to use as her business laptop. It touched all the bases for battery life, ease of setup, and memory.

This is my 2nd purchase of this model because it performs exceptionally for my tasks for multiple businesses. I keep an average of 40 tabs open and run all kinds of apps. Sometimes moving back and forth between 3-4 documents while analyses and processes are running. The Intel CORE17 is the perfect amount of processing power. What I did not like was the barrel charger stopped working after about 3-4yrs, a common complaint inline. A newly purchased charger worked about 6 weeks, same as in online complaints, and then no longer. The old and new chargers will work but only when you find the sweet spot by moving the cord about, which was extremely unreliable for my work. All the other features like the touch screen and size the outweighed the charger issue for me. The array of connection ports are great for presentation set-up. I also cast to other devices which I found easy and user friendly.

I’ve been really happy with this laptop so far. Overall, this is a great all-around laptop for work, browsing, streaming, and multitasking. Definitely worth it if you want something fast, modern, and reliable without going overboard on price.

Setting up the computer was easy following the screen instructions. Like the touch screen feature and portability of using a laptop after only using a desktop all my life. Using it in a chair while watch TV lets me use it more often. Online response is fast. Would recommend this computer.

This is a great computer for small office work and portability. Lightning fast processing power. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that the keyboard is not backlit.

This Dell has been a fantastic machine right out of the box. The 13th Gen Intel Core i7 handles everything I throw at it—multitasking across browser tabs, documents, and apps without any lag. The 16GB of memory keeps things smooth even with heavy workloads, and the 512GB SSD gives plenty of fast storage with quick boot times. The 15.6” 2K display is a real standout. Everything looks crisp and vibrant, and the touchscreen is responsive and handy for navigating quickly. The carbon black finish looks clean and professional, and the build feels solid. Whether for work or personal use, this laptop delivers excellent value for the specs. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, powerful everyday laptop.

Good laptop but it can be better. No backlit keyboard and the battery life is average. The build is average with creeky sounds when little pressure is applied to the keyboard.

The laptop delivers on its promises, but there are very strong negative points that even made me change models. 1) The matte finish highlights fingerprints. 2) Under basic use, it overheats and the fan makes a lot of noise.

Excellent product. I liked very much the ease of setting up the Microsoft 365 product that I have on it. I expect the Dell will give me the flexibility to work in a variety of locations.

The battery life is very good, computer runs smoothly

This laptop has a long battery life. It gets a bit glitchy some times but that may be user error. All in all it was a great low cost replacement for my previous laptop.

Still new to this laptop, but already a huge improvement from my previous laptop! I love the added numbers on the side.

Love this laptop! What I love even more is the Geek Squad! I am not at all tech-oriented and they always pull me through all my difficulties.

At the price point received for the "Deal of the Day" - this laptop checks all the boxes (have 3 separate monitors attached to it - working great)

The system works fine, It runs all tasks with speed and has helpful features with nice display resolution. However I was expecting higher efficiency on battery as specs mention 9 hrs and It only lasts less than half that time.

This Dell 15.6" 2K touchscreen laptop has been an excellent upgrade. The 13th‑gen i7 processor and 16GB of memory make multitasking smooth, and the 2K display is crisp with great color.
