Quality Laptop

Poor service and follow up

I went in to where I bought it within the allotted time frame of swapping the laptop out for a new one however was told I couldn't do it because Best Buy do not deal with that model laptop any more so I am stuck with a faulty laptop that is less than a month old. Being a photographer that counts on this product I am extremely disappointed
