    Decided to try Dell again after my Toshiba decided to die on me and so far I love Dell. I like how it's light and thin to carry around. Love the touch screen feature. Will recommend to friends and family.

    I bought this laptop and 3 days later it froze and gave me a blue screen. I returned it and got another of the same kind and then that one came with sound problems. Whenever I I would listen to something the sound would fade out and back in randomly .

    Difficult to set up. The first one I had to send to Geek Squad , they said return it, a lot of Dell's are defective . Same issue with second one, screen was blank during set up. I read online that you have to reboot the laptop. GS didn't know this.

    Finally settled on this dell 2in1 and couldn't be happier. Eventually will upgrade to an ssd but otherwise great machine.
