Very well built with high quality materials and great specs all around. Good amount of ports including full size HDMI and SD card slot. This is almost identical to the special edition Inspiron 13 with the same finish on the outside minus the built in stylus. I would prefer a lower capacity SSD but it should be easy to swap it out later with this laptop. Battery life is good but definitely not a full days worth of use. Screen is great and touchscreen is very responsive. Fan is really only noticeable on start up then goes near silent. Overall recommend especially with a good sale.

This was my first laptop in 11 years. I have been using desktop or tablet devices since. I like this laptop for it's mobility, lightweight and duel usage. It will not take the place of my tablet but it is nice to be able to switch the mode to tablet w/touchscreen when I in a tight space or do not need keyboarding. My only complaint is that the battery which is suppose to be 8 hours is more like 4 if you're doing anything involving wifi or streaming.

So far seems to be a good replacement for 7 year old xps laptop. Still learning win 10 & transferring files to this unit. Getting used to tablet use. Long battery life on a full charge.

I only gave this 2-1 3 stars due to the fact that the first unit had an audio issue. But, Best buy exchanged it for me and the new unit works flawless. I am a heavy user and still average a min. of 4.5 hrs of use on one charge. As with most new laptops and 2 in 1's the battery is not user replaceable. I do love this model. Good size for a laptop and good size when using it as a tablet. This model replaced my MS Surface Pro 1. The surface is a good non slip coated finish but, it does tend to show finger prints easily.

Everything seems pretty straightforward with this computer. We've had a couple incidents where the wifi gave us trouble but were able to correct them. Nice size. Very portable.

This is a great tablet. It truly converts from laptop to tablet easily, the hinge is very strong and smooth. The speed is amazing with enough ram and hard drive space for even the most demanding user. I'm not a good typist so the backlit keyboard comes very handing when I'm working in the dark in my bedroom.

I wanted a computer that I could use at the office, out and about or home. I love that it can be used in any position that is comfortable for what I am doing at the time.

It's fast, looks good. It doesn't give me all these pop up notifications about trials and things like new computers do...well except microsoft office. It lasts 2-3 hrs on a full charge. The only thing I can comment on is that the lid attracts dust and it sticks on the lid and I can't wipe it off easily.

Really like this Laptop. The backlit keyboard is a real plus. Windows 10 will take a bit of getting used to; but that is really not an issue. Let Fantasy Football begin.

I've had this computer for a couple of weeks now and have had no major issues. Battery Life is great and the graphics are great too. Bought this laptop to replace an old one and only really use it for storing pictures and other data that my old one could not. No Major issues to report at this time.

Love this laptop. It's fast and has no trouble running multiple applications. The backlit keyboard is the main reason I bought it over the smaller version.

This is just a very good laptop for college, and casual gaming. Very fast and great storage capacity.

I love this product...easy to use and navigate. I was not very computer literate when this was purchased so put alot of faith in sales person,,,,he did a great job!! Even my teenage boys think its cool!!!

This laptop is small, thin, lightweight, and so far, has an excellent battery life. It is a great computer for someone who travels a lot.

This laptop is fast and does everything I want it to. I love the option of using it as a tablet. I also like the fact it is not heavy so I can easily take it with me. I am very happy with my purchase. I even recommended it to my Mom.

Great value laptop especially with Windows 10 pre-installed, good price at $649. High specification 8mb ram, 500gb hard drive, Intel i5 processor and excellent graphics.

Very, very nice. Love the different ways of using this for different things, i.e. watching movies, reading, research. All different activities and a way to use this for each application. Responsive, easy to use. Love it.
