    The equipment is great - nice size screen, good size keyboard, light weight and flexible. The only issues are USB connections being too tight, still not being able to get anything to print, and the need for some Windows 10 training.

    This laptop does exactly what I want. It is very fast, thin, and light weight. I love that it turns into a tablet. Great for watching movies with Netflix while traveling. I would have liked the smaller version, but I am extremely happy with laptop. Easy to use and all my extra items just plug and play. Like my external hard drive, my card reader and my external dvd drive. Great item.

    Purchased this new Dell to replace my 3 year old HP Envy. At first I was a little disappointed as it didn't seem to be working right. However, after driver and software updates, it works like a dream. I am a teacher and use the 2 in 1 capability every day in my classroom when paired with my intel wireless display fob on my projector. Also, the best buy service was excellent.
