This laptop is a nice change from the larger laptops I have used in the past. I can almost fit this in my purse. Very light and the keys light up.

I got this computer wanting it to perform like a mac, but I got this instead of a mac because I wanted to customize the computer more than you can a mac. (And I am happy with the performance!) I love the touch screen (although it's not one that you can write on with a stylus. works best with your finger.) I love the transformations - like the tablet, the tent, etc. A mac can't do that! This computer has good, strong, fast computing power, packed into a small laptop! (This was the only 13.3inch I could find with the i7, 1TB, 8GB)

I purchased this laptop for my little brother as he is getting ready to go to college. My brother really likes it & hopefully we won't have any issues because we got it for a great price!

This is a great machine. The only issue I had was the Internet connection would keep dropping and the only way I could reconnect was to constantly restart my machine. If you check the Internet you will see this is a widespread issue with windows 10. After calong dell support then changing power settings it still kept happening. I spoke with geek squad and they said I could bring the machine in and they knew what the problem was. They wrote out what I needed to do to fix it myself and when I went through the settings it showed the driver needed an update this update was previously not available. I updated the driver and have not had an Internet issue since.

My wife was wanting to upgrade to a smaller/lighter laptop, and always liked Dell. This fits her needs for size, weight, and performance.

I am not a fan of tablets and but I wanted something small,light and powerful. This 2 in 1 covers all of the bases for me. I needed something to take notes at meetings and use while I am one the road. I loaded MS Office and it works flawlessly and the machine has plenty of power to edit pictures while I am on the road. I like the way I can bend the lid over and lay the laptop flat on an airline food tray while watching movies . Overall I am very happy with the Dell.

I've never owned a laptop before so I did a lot of research before making my purchase. I absolutely love this laptop, I've had zero problems and just love everything about it. Windows 10 is easy for me to navigate, the display is nice, good screen size makes for good portability. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the absence of a disk drive, but with all the other features it has it was easy to forget about. I'd recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

I had been delaying buying a new laptop but I came across this one and it looked amazing. I have zero regrets about this purchase. The touch screen capability works perfectly. The laptop looks great and is perfect for school, work, or just personal use.

This laptop has a crisp screen and is really fast. I love the touchscreen. Battery life is impressive!

I am pleased since this will be used to run the most important program for my business. I needed something with a large RAM and storage capacity that has a fast processor. It fits the bill. Since it is portable, I can take it home and work from there as well. My perfect solution.

Good specs, well-built, small size. HDD is somehow noisy for a new computer, but not an issue for me - planning to replace it with a SSD in the very near future. Battery life approximately 4.5 hrs with my usage (although advertised for 6) - internet browsing, trading platforms, office apps. Wireless gets stuck from time to time, I need to reset my router; although this seems to be a problem occurring on quite a few models equipped with this particular type of wi-fi card, my router is very old and sometimes even my smartTV can't connect to it. Overall, I consider it a good choice for regular use.

The battery is very good. The laptop is light and easy to carry. The camera is great.

This PC is versatile and I enjoy the touch screen. The keyboard is ok. I'm still getting used to it. Had some trouble with the mouse pad and finally turned off the touch to click. Windows 10 relatively easy.

I love this laptop/tablet 2 in 1 computer. Very versatile and I like that i could program it to be used for touch screen so I don't have to use the keyboard, although you can put the keyboard on the screen for ease of use. Would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends. Great sales experience also!

WOW. It was a toss up between this laptop and the Surface Pro. I can't complain. This is DELL's best product yet. Not too heavy, perfect screen size. Has tons of memory and space. Perfect for my personal business and stores tons of photos as well. Will purchase again and definitely reccomend!

light weight, long battery life, fast startup. Comfortable keyboard.

After looking at a few 2 in 1,s, I decided on this one. For the price , you can't beat it. Beautiful picture, ease of use and pretty light. Bought this for work and it's able to use office quite efficiently. Even able to play a few older games on it. No real complaints on Win 10, but the load time is a little lengthy. Should have probably gone with the SSD.
