Crystal clear display, fast to boot up, the Intel i7 runs like a hemi and so far it exceeds my expectations. Transferring my info from a recently downloaded Windows 10 (over 7) was, and remains problematical. Touch pad and touchscreen take some getting used to, but again, they perform as advertised. The folks at BBuy were, as always helpful and competent.

Last year of college and needed a computer to write all my essays. We decided to go with this laptop, could care less for the tablet feature since we do have an ipad but it is nice to have. It does the basic functions I need in a computer and we also bought office to go with it. It is a Geek squad certified opened box because it was the last one our store had in stock and I needed it right away and didn't want to drive an hour away to the next store. My only concern is that I wanted to know why it was returned....

I really like the laptop, it's touchscreen and screen quality. I have had to take the laptop back twice now to get the WiFi software fixes since buying it just 45 days ago.

This is a wonderful product from DELL Windows 10 on it is already preinstalled so you avoid problems with installing it on the previous operating systems. All systems work well, but hard drive is a bit slow sometimes even with opening Word or Excel files. The battery life is about 5-6 hours, keyboard is nice and responsive. It is not heavy or bulky. Overall, it is a very good buy for the price of 829.99.

Love this computer!! Core i7 is great, fast speed. Converts to a tablet. Big enough to work comfortably on it, but small enough to carry easily!! Would recommend!

couldn't decide whether to get a laptop or tablet. This took care of both. Light weight and fast. Hopefully windows 10 gets so updates to make it run smoother

I had an ASUS 10" netbook for many years and still use it, but it did not have the power and storage space that I needed for the future. I have retired and I needed more for use in my travels. I also do some tech support for conferences and always have someone that has a laptop failure. I have needed to use the netbook as a loaner for people to use for powerpoint presentations and expect to use it in the future but then I was without my laptop to use. This one will have all of the power and capacity that I need for my own use. Additionally, the 10" was just too small to get entire web pages loaded so I was constantly scrolling. The 13+" screen is perfect, small enough to be highly portable, light enough to be unobtrusive, but big enough to cover all of the bases. Was a bit pricey, but I expect many years of service.

the size is excellent for college.the dell 13.3 isproactive from changing from laptop to a tablet and the hd graphics are great for graphic design major.

Has all the features that one would want, make sure the hd not being ssd is ok before you buy

My daughter was able to start up and load all needed programs with no problem. Her first touch screen computer and so far she loves it.

Replaced my 2006 laptop. Wow what a difference in carrying. Love having a back light for the keys. So ready for Windows 10. Like the touch screen or mouse option. Thanks best buy for being my go to place.

I bought this Laptop for my daughter because she is going to collage and is the best. Windows 10, Intel core i7, TB hard drive, 8 GB ram. GREAT Laptop.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this laptop. I was debating whether to purchase this item or the Microsoft Surface. It's a bit heavy to use as a tablet. The lid and body do not come together completely. While it is a 360 fold, holding it is awkward unless you use the folding edge. I would like to see the ability to use an active stylus like the surface has.

I was on the fence between purchasing a Macbook pro or this laptop. I am extremely pleased to say I feel i got the bang for buck. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is that gaming on this laptop is not as good some alien-ware and other competitors. Note : GREAT SPEAKERS!

I bought this laptop in Nov. 2015 to replace my aging 8 yr old Dell laptop. It's great laptop for the price but I had issues connecting to the internet. After a visit to the Geek Squad, it worked for a day. I then contacted Dell support, again it worked for a day again. Finally, I decided to send the laptop to Dell for repairs. So far it's working great. They updated the driver which was causing the connection problem.

The touch screen is spot on and works great. The speed and power is more than sufficient for our needs. The i7 is only a dual core not a quad core that we were told at the store. It was a different processor than what I was familiar with but it is still very fast and a great laptop
