Bought this computer of our "standard" for our leadership team. Light and high performant...

so far, so good. Too soon to comment about durability or battery life. Again, so far so good.

i was looking for a computer with enough power for my college freshman majoring in Engineering. Definitely powerful, well priced and yet small and compact.

I needed a computer for my residency program. After talking with the sale people at bestbuy, I purchased this one. This computer has not worked correctly since I bought it. I had to call geek squad 3 times within the first 2-2.5 weeks. When the 4th problem occurred I took the computer back to the store and was informed that I was past my return date. I did not know I only had 15 days to return it. I was told my only option was to leave it with geek squad, which I did. They had it 24 hours. The first time I tried to use it after picking it up it did not work. I contacted bestbuy and was informed that my only options were to take it back to geek squad or call dell. I contacted dell and tech support worked on it. The computer had trouble again. I have now had to ship it to dell for them to work on it. The problems had included connection to internet and sending emails. It is a lemon. Neither company will replace the computer. I have owned the computer for 33 days and do not even have it much less a functional computer. I feel like I have thrown away $1200. I will never purchase another dell product or anything from best buy again.

This is my second Dell laptop and after reading the reviews and comparison to other brands this computer had everything I needed and more.

great battery life so far. still learning to use windows 10, but it's a powerful and exciting machine

I love all things I can do with this new computer! It is light and easy to travel with and so easy to use. Love the fact that it starts up super fast and the keys are back lite!

Got this for my granddaughter and she loves it. Powerful and fast.

I needed something that would be great, reliable and able to go with me everywhere and this I found in this laptop. It is versatile and can flip into a tablet form which comes in handy. So far so good and would recommend this item to anyone asking. Funny, after I bought it I found out my brother bought exactly the same one 2 months earlier.

Not a great computer, and actually fairly slow due to Dell having a dual core processor, instead of the quad core processor, in this laptop. So far it has done everything that I need, just not especially quickly. Mine does have what I would call one glitch. For whatever reason, the screen brightness randomly changes. The difference in brightness is disconcerting. When it decides to go dim, it can be somewhat tough to see. I got a very good deal on this laptop as an open box item. At the regular price that Best Buy has on this item, I would honestly call it a bad deal. It is very overpriced at full price.

Going back to school after years working. This laptop was just what I need to get back in the game. Fast start up and shut down with Windows 10. Great processing speed and enough storage space to transfer and store files from my old computer.

I bought this laptop more than a month back and i am happy i chose this. The staff at best buy helped me compare this product with another one in the same range and I could easilly decide why i should buy this one. I would recommend this to a friend!

This was to become my go-to work station, especially for traveling. Sadly, the i7 processor is not as fast as I had hoped. Also, trackpad is not always accurate. Am now doing more work on my iPad and Logitech keyboard.

For the money, this is one of the best, most portable and durable computers I have used. I work in IT and do almost everything with this little guy. Small, light and powerful. Not necessarily a gaming computer, but otherwise great buy! They have a 16Gb version now which I would go with if I bought again.

Very nice product. Has everything I was looking for i7 core Intel and useful touchscreen tablet mode. Windows 10 is helpful. I personally use it almost every day. Only con is It's touch screen is not useful if not using microsoft app (internet explorer etc. )

I purchased this to be able to have a smaller device for travel and use outside of my home office. It's fabulous.
