i liked this laptop, but had to return as it was not a fit for my business. Nice design, Windows 10 was buggy and the hard drive was slow. I really needed the solid state drive and windows 7

Portable, compact, and powers up quickly. Great flexibility for me.

Just purchased this laptop for a high school student with the student version of MS Word. It covers all the necessary items this student needs to complete assignments in a timely manner.

I love the fact that this laptop can be converted to a tablet. I haven't used all the features yet, but so far, I have had no complaints.

I bought this product as an open box. It is great for the price, although I have always had issues with the sound fading in and out sometimes. Still a good buy.

I had hoped with 1 terabyte of memory, I wouldn't have to wait so long for things to open, never see a not responding tab again,... or take 2 hours just for it to recognize what is in a memory usb drive. Seriously... Other than that, the apps are stupid and I haven't used one yet. Facebook takes over unless its uninstalled. I'm sorry, my computer for work is not a phone, so don't keep dinging me that some girl ive never met posted something. seriously... I'm ranting now.. lol. Windows 10 is not user friendly...

I wanted a 13" laptop with an i7 processor for less than $1000 to replace my i5 HP laptop Unfortunately, I found this computer extremely slow. I didn't like the way you could not look up anything on the Internet without logging in to Microsoft. The worst thing is I keep getting on error message saying I was not using an approved power supply. Needless to say, I ended up returning this computer. I bought another HP.

Laptop has excellent specs for the price and has a vivid, crisp screen. Tablet part works well, but is too large to really use as a true tablet. However, it works extremely well for watching Netflix and NFL Ticket due to the different ways you can position it.

Computer is good. Windows 10 is horrible! Very glitchy for audio video and low response when running programs/apps/software. Expect lots of updates when turning it on.

This works. We bought a dell and immediately had problems with it. This looked good and had the spec I wanted. It was more than I wanted to spend.

Bought this for my 13 year son as his first laptop and he has had no issues with it and loves the uniqueness of the tablet design. Would definitely recommend this individuals of all ages.

coming back to windows computer after being with mac for three years is proving a little more than i expected but i am beginning to catch on .

I would give this a 5, although I haven't used it for more than about a week. However it has been amazing everything I have picked it up!
