In order to use any of the ports, the stand must be fully extended out. I tried calling Dell and they said that there is no replacement stand at this time. So I'm not even using my new computer because of the angle at which it sits and the fact that I can hardly use the ports right behind the stand.

She loves it now that I convinced her there is no big box to put in the floppy disc. If you use this a lot, you may consider a wired keyboard and mouse. She tends to leave them on which drains the battery.

It is easy to move around the house, and looks almost like a lap top, but with a 24" Screen. I love that it is only the screen, keypad, and mouse. And it is Touch Screen. That is the good part. The bad is that it does start up slow. Being used to fast starting computers, this is like going back in time. But afterwards, everything is good. It's for my middle school aged kids, so for our use, this is good.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your computer is starting up slowly for you. We'd recommend limiting the number of programs that launch at startup:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press CTRL + Shift + ESC key together on the keyboard.
3. In the Task Manager window, click Startup tab.
4. Select the program or application that you want to disable from loading during startup.
5. Right-click and select Disable.
6. Repeat Step 4 & 5 for all the programs or applications that you want to disable from loading during startup.
7. Restart your PC.

Wife's new computer

We bought the service contract and it has already paid for itself with upgrades and repairs to two old computers that we were having trouble with.
