While I've only had this computer for a couple weeks, it seems to work fine and has good screen graphics. I personally think a couple more USB ports would be good (it only comes with four). The wireless mouse uses one, an external DVD/CD drive takes two leaving only one for something else (like a printer if you don't have a wireless printer or experience poor Wi-Fi). On the other hand, Dell could include an internal CD drive add a USB port or two and that would be a "fine total package".

I haven’t had it long but this computer does what it should. Only complaint is it doesn’t give me my full internet speed and there is a fan that runs all the time that’s loud. I don’t use the touch screen much but it’s a nice option. I like the all in one device. As stated it’s good for a basic user.

I originally was looking to purchase a new laptop to replace my old Dell. After examining the new desktop design, with the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse, I decided to make the purchase. I love the fact that I can use either the mouse or the touchscreen. I have had the desktop now for over a month and it has far exceeded my expectations.

We got this computer because we wanted an all-in-one without all the wires and extra connections. The screen is large enough with clear high definition picture it's fast and easy to use .We look forward to enjoying this for many years. I would highly recommend it. Also we used the Geek Squad hear in Kingsport and each and every one of them have been very respectful ,knowledgeable and friendly.

I had to replace my old Dell All in One suddenly and so glad I did. The newer updated Dell is a better version for sure and came at a great price as it was on sale. The only thing I had to get used to was not having an internal CD drive access door. But it has a hook up for an external drive so it worked for what I needed it for! All in all it's a good computer for the price!

Very easy to set up nice screen and love the wireless keyboard and mouse

This all in one Dell Computer is really good for my needs. I wanted something with a large screen so that I can use it in conjunction with a second screen of the same size for work. The screen is great and the computer is more than fast enough for my needs. The only real problem with this model is that the connections and USB ports are underneath the stand on the back of the computer and thus not accessible; in fact it is a real pain to get to them as you cannot see them from the top, and the stand is in the way, so to plug anything in you have the lay the screen face down. As I use both a wireless keyboard and mouse and a wired keyboard for my second language, and I have to change back and forth, this was very awkward. Solved the problem by adding a 6 USB extension that I can see and reach. This is just really a bad idea Dell, the USB slots should be on the side of the computer where they can be seen and reached easily. Would have rated it 5 stars if not for this problem.

Bought to replace an older all in one computer. Fit the bill for what we were looking for - good screen size, sufficient memory, and a reasonable price. Knocked down one star because a bit laggy at times.

My wife needed a computer for school and didn't want to spend an exuberant amount of money that she could use at home to do her homework. The screen is big to display her work, the desktop while not lighting fast is still able to handle the basic task she throws at it, overall I would say it's a good value for graduate student. Highly Recommend.

I haven't had a desktop in a while! This is an excellent for me and my family! Aot of space for my home work. The only bad thing about iy is it has nit CD drive, but you can buy one separately. So i wouldnt take stars off for that because i love my all into one so much.

Totally enjoy "all-in-one" with wireless mouse and keyboard. Easy to use and screen size is excellent. Unfortunately, it is not a fast computer. Great fun....unless you are in a rush.

We needed to update our main household computer. We decided on a all in one for the compact size (no tower). And touch screen perk! The computer is great for everyday stuff. It was also nice to go to a store and try all the ones we picked out online as possible replacements. Best Buy is great the first one we received was defective (black screen of death) and they replaced it no questions ask and at no cost. Great customer service!

I primarily use a Mac and wanted a desktop to run windows only program this option was a little slow for my preferences but it is good for writing papers and surfing the web

Installed this for a person that was coming from a five year-old computer that was a low-end pc when new, and had a 19" monitor. The person using this computer says it's night and day performance-wise. Multitasking between Libre Office, Firefox, Internet Explorer, a CRM suite, and a couple other apps seems quite quick. Using a dual display setup (second display is same size but not touch screen.) Camera is decent enough for vid conferencing. It would be nice if it had a 256GB SSD instead of the 1TB drive; user doesn't need that much storage, but it's quick enough. Good purchase.

I bought this computer to use a register due to its low profile. I wish it was faster and didn’t freeze. Size was perfect for what I needed.

Overall it’s a good investment with no tower to clutter things. However be aware that it does not have a CD burner and we had to buy an external one. Also all USB ports are located inconveniently on the rear of the monitor. Thus, to add a usb device you have to access the rear of the monitor each time for access the ports. We solved this issue with a “remote” USB port. Those were are only complaints. The computer has adequate speed and graphics resolution.

I bought this Dell All in One for my admin at my office. I work on a 27 HP All in One and spent 3 times the amount. Granted mine has a bigger screen , faster processor etc... My admin loves the computer . Handles all of the office functions without any issues.

Super easy to install and great the have so few cords compared to the traditional computers. The touch screen has also made life much easier.

The all-in-one computer is a great fit in the office. Easy to install and setup. The large touchscreen is easy to see and productive.
