    Replaced old pc with this new all in one. Super easy set up (only one cord) put batteries in mouse and keyboard. Connect to WiFi and good to go. Use for online banking,bill pay and social media.

    It was a great purchase. It was a gift for an 11 year old. So far she loves it and has no complaints. It gets uses daily and keeps up with the speed she needs for Minecraft and other games.

    The computer is nice, especially since it is all contained in the monitor. Keyboard and mouse are remote type and also work well. Windows is the problem. It is extremely SLOOOOOOW booting up and frankly, Windows 10 is not intuitive. Should have spent the extra money for a MAC.

      Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that Windows 10 has been giving you trouble. We'd recommend that you limit the number of programs that launch at startup by following these steps:

      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press CTRL + Shift + ESC key together on the keyboard.
      3. In the Task Manager window, click Startup tab.
      4. Select the program or application that you want to disable from loading during startup.
      5. Right-click and select Disable.
      6. Repeat Step 4 & 5 for all the programs or applications that you want to disable from loading during startup.
      7. Restart your PC.

      Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you feel like your computer could be a littler faster. Here are some tips to run the Windows Performance Troubleshooter:

      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
      8. Restart the PC.

    I have this computer since December of 2018 I bought it for my 8 year old son and he seldomly used it until this pandemic of the COVID-19. He has to go to school remotely, after almost two months the computer shut down and my husband who is a computer expert had to reboot it several times.

    beautiful big screen, runs good, hooked everything up pretty quick, wireless keyboard and mouse, my printer was found in a matter of seconds by this new computer, great for now!

    I'm starting college this Fall, and this Dell does it all. The Geek Squad set everything up for me, all I had to do was, turn it on. I would definitely suggest this, All In One Dell.

    No DVD player, Minimum ports, No hook ups for any other devices, (i.e. printer) Slower than molasses. Had i realized all this I would have bought a much better & faster computer for the same price!
