I really like this all-in-one which replaced a 27-inch all-in-one I had for over 11 years before it crashed (that's right, 11 years!!!). I decided to go a bit smaller for this one and it really did not compromise what I like to do on my personal computer. It is lighter weight which is super convenient to move around solo, and I really like the responsiveness. The only drawback I experienced as the scroll wheel on my mouse started to squeal (and it was loud) only about two weeks after owning my computer. I had to go back to Best Buy for a mouse replacement, something I have never had to do before. The manager made that fix seamless, so I highly recommend computer purchases there and Geek Squad for a seamless data transfer. Very happy overall with my purchase experience and new computer!!

I've been very happy with this Dell all-in-one computer. It is fast, responsive, and easy to set up. The touchscreen works well, the display is sharp, and the 16GB of memory keeps everything running smoothly even with multiple programs open. It's a great choice for everyday use, work, and web browsing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable all-in-one PC.

I use this computer on a daily basis for work and also for daily home viewing. The plus is the big screen and easy to use features. The minus is there is no volume button on the monitor. You have to adjust the volume once it is on. All in all it is a very good system.

This all in one does not disappoint. Looks great, performs great and the keyboard has a nice soft feel. Im not great with change but this was an easy transition. Great for limited space but with a larger screen. We are not gamers so cant speak to that kind of performance

Unable to import programs from disc. Fast acting in all around.

While I'm not tech savvy, I needed a new computer for home use. Nothing high tech for my needs. Well I found it. I recently had a Dell Touch Screen for 10-15 yrs. So I was looking for another Dell computer comparable to what I had & I found it. This computer fits my needs. I absolutely love using this computer. I have had no problems whatsoever with Dell products. If you're in the market for a new computer for basic home use, this is the computer for you. I HIGHLY recommed you at least look into this computer.

I have had Dell computers for many years and always found them to be dependable and easy to use as I am in my 80’s. Best Buy had a good selection to choose from.

I love this computer, BUT...by purchasing an all-in-one computer with keyboard and mouse for over $1,200 I expected the keyboard and mouse to indeed work. Out of the both neither the keyboard or the mouse would work. For setup of the computer I went ahead and used my old keyboard and mouse. I have reached out to Dell for support but getting ahold of a person with Dell is nearly impossible. Dell's AI help is useless and horribly time consuming. I don't have time for all of this, so while I really love the computer, with such bad support with Dell I can only give it a "meh" 3 stars.

This computer is everything you could want and more! No more wires, no more turning off speakers and sound, easy to turn on & off, etc. I love it!!

Best desk comptor i have ever bought. The screen is the size i need to in large or reduce the monitor. I recommand anyone to check this iffers at best buy.

The camera quality seems a little less than my older camera

This computer did not have enough storage. I had to buy another computer with more storage. The salesperson should have made the capability of this computer clearer to me.
