The quality of this is good. I support our employees in a remote environment. I deployed this monitor after the previous version that I loved was discontinued. The specs of this monitor are higher and overall, probably a better monitor. However! I sent this to an employee along with a new MBP. They couldn't get it to work (they are non-techy people and didn't know the definition of different cables). They took the MBP to an Apple Store with the monitor after exhausting everything I could think of remotely. Very long story somewhat short - it never dawned on me that Dell was trying to be incredibly cheap and send an updated version of a monitor, with higher specs: better resolution, higher contrast, ... with a stinkin' VGA cable only!? No HDMI cable in sight when one of the 'selling features' is two HDMI ports in the monitor. Only gave it 3 stars due to that. The picture is great, but just can't get over the ridiculousness of that. I thought it might have been a one-off and accidentally had the wrong cable in there, but have ordered others and same thing... Make sure you buy HDMI cables to go with it.

This Dell monitor offers beautiful color and definition. Very simple to set up. It's a few inches smaller than I would have preferred, but the Best Buy sale price convinced me. Happy with my purchase.

After doing a lot of research, this monitor was the best choice for my budget. The 2 ms response time was important to me. I would have preferred 120 Hz (this one has 60Hz), but that was more than I wanted to spend and the 60Hz works fine. So far, no problems and very happy with it.

I own 2 of these for working remote. Sync to laptop is easy and picture quality is outstanding.

I got this monitor to hook up to a laptop for my home office. I don't normally purchase Dell products but I'm impressed with this one. The resolution is really good and it has an excellent refresh rate. The screen does not irritate my eyes (as some of the really bright screens do). It was easy to set up right out of the box and came with a monitor cable. The base doesn't require any screws to assemble which was nice. There isn't any noticeable difference between using the monitor cable and using a high definition cable. An added bonus was that it was on sale for a really good price. I had it shipped to my home with free delivery and it came a day earlier than expected. I'm very happy with the purchase and with the service.

This is a not bad product for Home and office use.

I came back to Dell products after a long period with HP. HP constantly disappointed me: tech problems, lack of features, POOR customer service... all stemming from tech problems. I'm done with HP and Dell is looking like the replacement.

Nice monitor. We got it for our grandson. He loves it. Works great with his computer. In fact, he has 3 of these connected to his computer. So, it must be ok.

This Dell screen is big and has great picture quality.

This was exactly what I was looking for to replace a dying monitor. The reviews I found on various sites were excellent. The only knock I have is that there was no user guide included -- I was able to find one on the Dell website. That and a little help from my daughter got me up and running in no time. I do a lot of newsletter stuff using Publisher and the large (24 inch) monitor really helps me to keep things organized.
