This computer meets my basic needs. It is small in size and very light weight. However, i would prefer that I did not have connections hooked up to the front of my computer. In addition, I could not connect my old speakers/with subwoofer to it. It has only one plug for a headphone.

This Dell desktop replaced my 11 yr old Dell tower, very happy with the speed of it so far. I have only had it up & running for 5 days but, so far I like it. Geek squad helped transfer all my files & pics over from my old tower. I was not able to find my pictures so Hai B. at geek squad (Springfield Or.) told me to bring tower back & helped me locate all my pictures I thought I was lost.

I am 79 and got someone to set it up for me. It is working just great with no problems so far. I love Dell and Best Buy, I bought my last Dell Desktop from Best Buy and it lasted 7 years. Both Companies have a Great Product and a great Price!!!.

The dell tower is very quiet. The only frustrating problem I had was that a month free subscription for McAfee was on the computer and within one day of having it the monitor screen was flashing I had three viruses and to get rid of them I needed to purchase a subscription for McAfee. I was able to find the location to turn off this popup notification but it took me a while. Meanwhile I ran the McAfee scan there was no virus. I removed the McAfee and downloaded another security firewall for free that works as well.

SO FAR VRYTHING IS WORKING GOOD.GREAT TO HAVE MY COMPUTER BACK HAVING LOST EVERYTHING IN THE STORM LAST YEAR

This a great product made from quality material very easy to set up very fast speed with the Ultra I5 offers a very good USB outlets very happy with this purchase.

Working smoothly. This was an update with Windows 11 from a previous Dell desktop. Good desktop computer for the cost.

I5 but still very quick for everyday use, quiet, very responsive

This computer is much lighter than my previous computer. It also is Windows 11 compatible.

So far, it's an excellent computer. Performs very well I've had no troubles with it. Again, it has performed very well.

The initial purchase was defective right out of the box. The Geek that called to tell me implied that I didn’t purchase the warranty and I thought “where are you going with this? It was defective in the box!” They did replace it but just odd way to go about it.

I have purchased several Dell desktops and laptops over the years and have been very satisfied. This one replaces a computer that was 9 years old and was losing Windows support. Great product at a very good price.

My Del Computer! This is not my first Del. Overall I think Del is a middle of the road quality Computer. Perfect for someone like me who only uses it for home use. Never had too many problems with it in the past. However, this time was a different story. I purchased my new Dell desktop computer in September 2025. Started having problems with it about six months later. Spent hours of grueling computer IT time trying to figure out what the problem was! Spent hours on the phone screen sharing with companies that I purchase programs from In addition, spent hours of screen sharing time with geek squad from Best Buy! Following this process my computer took the trip to the Best Buy store three times and it was returned to me with the information that it was repaired and working fine. I’m very disappointed in geek squad at this time. I have been a customer of Best Buy as long as it has been at this location. Never had the kinds of problems I have had this time. What has happened to the quality of the items we purchase and the quality of the services we receive. Do people not take pride in the products they build anymore? Do people not take pride in their jobs and their work that they are getting paid for! What about the money that we, as customers pay for the services that we count on! The experts that we are told will be working on our computers. I am questioning the quality of Del at this point in time and I am questioning the quality of the services from Best Buy at this point in time to no avail. I then proceeded to spend hours of screen share time

i am sure this is a good product .. Dell has been reliable always .. these computers are designed for modern day users .. they are not equipped with what you need if you have the old monitor with the 'pin' connector .. they don't have enough plugs for the speaker/sound system (only one labeled headphones) .. nothing for midrange speakers .. i wasn't about to buy other equipment when mine was working fine.. windows 10 still works even without tech support at the end of the month. the sales people said it will still be updated for about 3 more years .. i had windows 7 until recently .. computer lasted over 20 yrs .. techs won't touch anything that old, so it was recycled .. if you have all updated equipment, this was a good deal .. look out for chrome. i had them take it out .. you're better off with it .. ~

I've been using these as a file server. Decided to pay the price to move back to Dell machines Too many issues with build quality of HP machines (like the stepchild of Gateway). Pleanty of horsepower without the "server" price.

The new desktop works really fast. But i had to buy a adapter to hook up old screen. My old sound speakers do not plug in to it. The printer has a 30 second delay when you print. Overall, it works better than the old desktop.

The Dell i had was a bit outdated and was fitted with Windows 10, with no new updates on the Horizon this one fits my needs perfectly and has twice the memory of my old computer. No need to put all my music on a separate hard drive. This one easily handed all 14,000 plus songs with plenty of hard drive space to spare!

I don’t use as much as normal people so all I can say is it is doing what I need it to do

The product was perfect. Went to store for pick up. Service was GREAT!

Love it. Very fast. Easy to set up. Will recommend Dell to friends and Best Buys computer techs.
