I wish this monitor had an HDMI port but it did not so i had to get a DVI to HDMI cable. Other than that, the actual quality, picture, and resolution is great for the price i got it at.

Easy to install, good color and contrast, and once connected to my laptop, it directly works for ubuntu system.

I was using a 19 inch HD TV as a monitor for my laptop but I was not happy with the quality of the display. I saw this monitor on Best Buy's website and read the positive reviews. The price was very good so I bought it and picked it up the same day at my local store. I couldn't be happier. Setup was simple and the quality of the display is excellent. My Toshiba Satellite laptop automatically discovered the monitor and chose the right profile for it. Whether watching video or reading text, the display just looks awesome.

Not the best monitor because it does not have an HDMI port like most do today but it's a good size and the picture is great with a standard VGA connection.

the monitor is very clear and easy to read. was looking for something bigger and this fits the bill.

I first bought one of these about 2 years ago on sale and it worked great for extending my MacBook Pro display. I loved it so much we bought a second one. Then, we bought my wife a new desktop PC for day trading and to top the icing we added more screen real-estate and bought the 3rd one. Now my wife has plenty of space for multiple charts, note pads, chat rooms and anything else she may need to start on top of the game.

The only thing that would be nice is if it had an HDMI input, but for the price it is a very good monitor.

This monitor exceeds my expectations. Easy to install and set up. Well worth the price.

My wife has a 17" laptop that she basically uses as a desktop; she doesn't really move it much at all. Since it's usually in the same place, I decided to add this monitor to her workspace so she can get more on the screen. It's very useful for viewing e-mails and webpages. The picture is good, but since she doesn't do any gaming, I'm not sure just how good this monitor's performance is.
