I upgraded mine to 32gb of ram and it runs games even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a budget gaming laptop

Some of the keys stick and I'm constantly correcting my typing, which is normally 60wpm. I'm not sure what to do with this. Otherwise, it's a good laptop for the money. Probably more than I need. More gaming, I think. I couldn't even connect a cat 6 cable as there is no port for it.

We plugged it in and unplugged it when it was charged. In the morning my wife put it on her lap and proceeded to set it up. After about an hour(ish) it started getting extremely hot. After another 30 minutes it was too hot to touch, at all AND the battery was already at half charge! I contacted BB and they said I could bring it to the nearest BB and they could try to repair it!?! NO WAY, not repairing a new laptop with less than 2 hours of use. I returned it instead. We went with another brand. Besides the overheating, it is quit heavy and the power brick adds another couple of pounds (not kidding). I wouldn't consider this for mobile use or on a lap.

You really need to upgrade the ram on if you want to play games but it's super easy! The laptop has two ddr5 ram slots that are held in my two little metal springs. For the price you really can't beat it. The only thing I would say is if you want it for school and to take to class maybe look at a smaller form factor option because the laptop itself is heavy and the charger is massive and the battery life is only about 4 -5 hours off the charger.

I've had it a month now with no performance issues at all. The only reason I have it 4 starts is the battery life isn't that great but that's not a big problem for me as I'm rarely in a place where I can't plug in somewhere. The power pack (?) that is worth the charging wire is huge!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great bang for the buck.. there are some bad reviews online.. made sure everything was updated,.. and it works great.. it does run hot,.. but cools down quik when the fans come on.. battery life isnt that good, you have to make sure you have battery saver on.. i get about 3.5 hours on battery browsing internet. i also upgraded the ram first (32) cheaper to upgrade your self then buy with already installed

I use it to stream from arcades and it handles that.
