Gaming laptops are a great way to go because you are "future proofing", meaning that the additional power and higher quality equipment will last a long time (in computer years, that is).

I've had this for about 3.5 months now and it's been nothing short of miserable. At it's best it's a very buggy machine. Been crashing multiple times a day for weeks now. Dell tech support has been completely useless. "Click this troubleshoot button. Okay, no error detected so there is no problem with the computer. Oh, the problem persists? Uhh, just do a factory reset." I've spoken to at least 4 or 5 of Dell's tech support reps and they have all been equally uninterested. And you can guess where all of them were located...
Long story short, don't let Dell rob you of nearly $1,300. Just stay away from this brand entirely. The adage "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply with them; you'll pay extra for less.

Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly. 4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.
