Came in blue Best Buy box rather than original DELL box, but had the OEM charger and laptop looked brand new with no blemishes. Works fine so far. Handles most games without making too much noise or heat. Son is very happy.

The CPU and GPU is good enough for casual gaming like e sports title while not breaking the bank.

The lap top heats up from the get go with simple web browsing and it also it’s really slow and it crashes on its self with simple tasks. I took it to Best Buy thinking that they would help me out however it turned out that I had to pay for the geek squad to see it. I’m stuck with a defective lap top. I wish I could return it however I learned my lesson, next time I’ll purchase a lap top from Costco. Although Best Buy have great prices I will never purchase a lap top from Best Buy again. However if anyone from Best Buy reads this I would appreciate it if anyone reaches out to me to help me out with this defective lap top. Thanks

Next morning turned it on and no sound. Could hear. I No audio and I couldn’t speak to anyone over zoom. Mic not working. Brought back to Worst Buy who couldn’t fix it. Got a refund and walked out.
