    When you go to Best Buy to get a computer you expect it to be set up the right way even if its a dell. But this isn't my case I know this is for the computer but I think even with this computer its hard to set up too. I went into my photos they didn't display the way I wanted and this dell doesn't give you an answer to why. Even the GEEK SQUAD didn't explain anything. I can't get the pda files to print my way and I can't get some important files to save I don't know what I am doing wrong. Just wish they had time for me to go into this computer and for them to set it up the right way. Or dell show you how. I just wish that I could have gotten an ASUS desktop computer so I wouldn't have to deal with this dell. Yes I know its windows 10 but should be easier to set up like windows 7. As far as speed it has it but I have only been working with it for about 2 weeks. Also when Best Buy put it on their website they listed it to having windows pro in it but when it came to me it had windows home and its still windows pro on their site they haven't corrected it yet and that has been since July 2019 and yes I contacted them on this.

    This pc has a great processor my son streams and games and never has a problem he lovea it

    Learning curve for WIN 10 the only thing that slowed me down when I first got the computer. But now can find most everything that I want without a headache.
