Good until

However, I was forced to return this product.This was supposed to be a geek squad certified product. There wasn't much to suggest that they did any certification work. My main complaint was the hard drive. It kept making a clicking sound intermittently. When I took it back to the store after about 8 days they advised I needed to send it back to the Geek Squad national headquarters. The local Geek Squad folks wouldn't touch it. All I requested was that they put a different hard drive in the laptop and send me on my way. Oh, that would have cost me. Many calls to Best Buy customer service didn't cause any change in approach. In short, I returned it and got my money back. Took my money to another retailer. Please save your money and don't buy any Geek Squad Re-certified laptops. Take your money elsewhere and buy something new, especially if you can find a place that gives an additional year of warranty.

Came with a defective battery
