Purchased this "Geek Squad Certified" refurbished computer for my son for Christmas. Easy set up, but...the screen brightness button didn't work and the screen brightness icon stays superimposed on upper left corner. Tried calling for someone to help me, they told me to bring it in. When I get in they tell me they can fix it right up, but I need to buy Geek Squad service. When I tell them I don't want to buy Geek Squad service, I want my certified computer to work as promised, I'm now told it will take two weeks to fix. Thanks. I'll take a refund and take my business elsewhere. I'm not the biggest customer in the world, but I spend a couple thousand a year. I'll be spending it elsewhere from now on.

Filtered my search results for Touchscreen models, this looked like a good deal. Got it to find it is not a touchscreen model.
