    Got this refurbished piece, and works fine for the cost, I needed something simple to use for browsing and playing internet based games.

    Refurbished. Bought 7/2014. Practically unusable by December. Freezes, shuts off. Now I'm even reluctant to buy new from this company.

    I got this computer as a second laptop for guests. This was a great surprise. The Geek Squad did a wonderful job of refurbishing this machine to nearly new quality. You truly can't tell it's a rebuild! Thanks Best Buy for the great value.
