    I purchased this laptop for my wife to store all of her work stuff, she had been using my laptop and i needed it back this dell laptop is able to handle all work and play.

    I would recommend this to a friend

    For the short time I had it, it worked quiet well. but they should have made it clear that even if you have the DVD hardware you made not be able to use it without a program in the PC to begin with.

    I just purchased a refurbished Dell computer from Best Buy via the website-the price was amazing-249.00-i purchased it on 9/6 (in am) and before 3pm i had received an email saying it had shipped! It arrived today 9/10 at 9:17am. I purchased this computer for my son who started college this year. Will write another review after we have checked it out but i don't anticipate any problems but i must praise the fast shipping they provided because initial it wasn't suppose to arrrive until Friday! Best Buy and UPS ROCKS!!!!
