    The OS crashes occasionally, related to when it attempts to enter sleep mode. Also, the power button is not marked, but there is a power button on the keyboard. I didn't know that and had to pull the battery to get it to reboot before I knew.

    Worst laptop I’ve ever owned

    Bought this for school and regretted it. Started having problems immediately when the school year started and had to completely wipe files on the laptop every month or two or it was unusable. Contacted dell support and was told to update drivers but that was only a temporary fix. Fingerprint login almost never works as the driver is almost always corrupted. Graphics driver gives out half the time too and reverts to lower quality and you can’t adjust the brightness. Software is horrible too. The support software scans and updates your drivers but only touches the surface and misses other drivers. After one year of ownership, takes about 15 minutes to even startup and when I finally get in everything isn’t even loaded up. Bought a MacBook and will not be buying from dell again, wish I could get my money back.
