The product was delivered as expected although given the price point, it would seem a bit too much for the specifications. The screen is innovative however the flipping part could use some more durable work.

This computer is worth it's weight in gold as far as I can tell. The inly thing that was bothersome was the smart trackpad was malfunctioning with Windows 8.1. but a simple driver download from dell's website fixed that no problem

It is a great computer, I don't care for windows 8 though. Once you figure that out all is great!

    Problem with touchscreen

I bought this product and was extremely happy with it for the first little while. I bought an external hard drive to make up for the small SSD. Is very fast and capable but after a few days the touch screen would randomly stop working. I would have to put the computer into sleep mode then bring it back out of sleep mode for the touch screen to work again. Maybe 2 minutes or 30 minutes later the touch screen would randomly quit working again. I brought it to Best Buy's in store geek squad, they advised me that it would be best to return it, so I did. If you don't mind a glitchy touchscreen and small memory this computer would work for you. But for the amount of money spent I want a product that is going to have all aspects working.

    Lightest and Best Convertible

This laptop is one of the lightest machines I have ever had the chance of using. It is a convertible model so it is a tablet when you need it to be and a laptop when you want. Backlit keyboard, Windows 8 and an Intel I5 processor make this a really great machine for a business traveler, or a person who wants convenience at home.

    Broken Out of the Box

I just received the product and it is unable to activate Windows due to the product key. It states, “This product key doesn’t work. You might need to get in touch with the store or company you bout Windows from, or you can buy a new key from Microsoft.” I called Best Buy and was transferred to tech support. They want to charge me for them to fix their problem. They conducted a faulty refresh of the key and product, when they reloaded Windows. This is reinstall 101, when a product has been refurbished. Best Buy is unwilling to fix their problem. Do not buy their refurbished PC’s unless you are willing to pay for a new Windows key.

    DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED!!!

Received laptop with windows 365 code entered, but password protected & only last 5 numbers showing, but activation code was incorrect. Geek squad said to call Microsoft who could not help without full code (which was not included). Microsoft suggested to call Dell. Dell said look up by system tag, but it was missing when refurbished. Call Geek squad back and the answer given was I could either return or buy a code. So I couldn't even use my laptop and they never honored the one month free software as promised. Never buying here again!!!!!!
